 PRODUCT SHIPPING

I use USPS First Class mail, processing time for an item you purchased is 3-5 days, and the transit time for the shipping method you chose is usually 2-4 days, your estimated delivery date is 5-9 days from today.  Tracking number is included & will be emailed to you on all domestic shipments. 

PRODUCT RETURNS

Items may be returned up to 7 days from the date of purchase.  Beyond 7 days, no refunds or exchanges can be accepted. 

Clearance items are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

PRODUCT REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. DAMAGED ITEM EXCHANGES

Items can be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to upsidaisyshop@gmail.com

PRODUCT RETURNS SHIPPING

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will not be included in your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, I recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I am not responsible for return items that get lost in the mail.
